What happens when you walk into a dark room? It’s hard to see, isn’t it? So we flip a switch, turn the light on, and the darkness goes away! That’s a very simplified analogy that can represent the light of Christ!
We live in a dark world right now, and sometimes it can appear that the darkness is taking over which can be scary sometimes. But here’s the Good news – we do not have to fear because Jesus has put His beautiful light in our hearts, and he tells us to shine it brightly, wherever we go!
So, whenever we may feel a darkness or heaviness around us, that’s when we are called to shine brightly! Because if God is with us, who can be against us? The answer is: NOBODY!!
